hey everyone... just wanted to thank you for all the comments and words of wisdom. i just got the car back on friday and i have been driving it non-stop. this is such a nice car =) i ended up getting the deductible and cost of rental car for a week from the dog owners who were all too happy to pay the 600 dollars. the total cost of repairs was just shy of $5k and it looks decent. the front end needs an alignment really badly (steering wheel's about 5 deg to the left when going straight) but the insurance coverage didn't allow for it. i guess i'll just get that done somewhere nearby.

Here are some pictures...

i hope you got the kids info - he might be on the hook for negligence. you'd have to sue him, but if you're thinking about paying for this yourself instead of through insurance it's worth checking out.
right after that i would go to my trunk whiff out my golf clubs and finish off the dog and make sure the owner gets nightmares. heh heh just messing, i would really be pissed. good thing no one is hurt, the car is a material thing not a life.

glad to see the car repaired

the tow cap does seem a little off but i thought it was that the light was hitting it funny... i took a closer look today and the paint was just a little off, couldn't be sure b/c there was a lot of sunlight... i guess they didn't blend the cap with the rest of hte paint.

i had this all done at crest acura in syracuse. it's on genesee st. why?
