Just though I'd add another price data point for those of you looking to purchase soon.

Config:
04 TL/Silver/Ebony/Navi

Extas:
Protection Package (mud flaps, all season mats, cargo tray liner)

Wheel locks

Wood knob shifter (I know, it's wierd in an ebony interior but I'm freaky that way. I just wanted it =) )

Price: $34,800

FYI: I didn't really haggle all that aggressively. IMHO, I want to get a fair price for the car/features I'm getting (and for the 04 TL compared to other similar cars, MSRP already is fair) but I understand the dealer needs to make their money as well.

I showed up with all my pricing homework done and they knew it as well so the actual bargaining part only took a couple of minutes.

I'm sure others could possibly get a better price but it just depends on how much it's worth to you.
