Angel eyes (need someone in or near 925 area code (cali))
I contacted http://www.umnitza.com/ to see if they had considered developing an angel eye upgrade for our 04-05 TLs. They have developed them from other cars with great results. For example:
I have seen their product developed for Altimas (when I owned one) and tons of people have them and are happy with them. So as I said I contacted them and said we have projector lenses and an angel eye addon would be nice if they could make it. (check out A-TSX to see a TSX with these, they looks sweet!)
So their response was...
Anyone willing to help out? They need a donor headlight. I would but I'm in IL It would be great if we could get them to develop it for our cars. at least see what it would look like.
Once they are made I am sure üm•nitza inc. won't mind to become a vendor on Acurazine and we can get a groupbuy or something goin.

We've been looking at it, but no one has stepped forward and given us a
headlight to work with.

^^ those things are awesome specially the Demon Eyes ( neon tubes instead of LED ones), they could be seen from miles even in day light, and at night they can light up about 10 feet of road ahead.

My buddy has a new m3, and he got his angel eye kit through umnitiza, and he says there is a distributor in Carlsbad california, so I am going to go check this place out and see what they can do for the TL.

thats the only reason i wasnt actively pursuing them. i do like them a lot though, but i dont want people to think that i wish i had a beamer or something.
so in that case, i'll save myself some cash, possible install headaches, and think about just clearing the headlights.

To each his own but you all might as well go all the way and get the kidney grills and propeller emblems. Either that or trade your car in.

If they make it for the TSX, we should be seeing them available for our TL sometime soon!!!!!

Has anyone contacted umnitza regarding these lights? Anyone willing to donate their headlights?
I called them up and they said $129...basically they will install the rings around the headlights and then leave the wiring out so that way we could wire this ourselves...
Jatt, have you talked them recently? any update?
I'm willing to donate my headlights to them...they said they could possibly get it done in 24 hours...but has anyone else started this project?

Well, I haven't donated them yet...I am waiting for Umnitza to send me a photoshop picture of where the halo rings would be placed and then I will remove my headlights and mail it to them. As of now, I am still waiting for the photoshop picture, but I will keep everyone posted

An East Coast Request
Ok y'all west coast folks..somebody get their lights over to the dude, and let's get this moving! those lights look hot!
One idea--if you get them around both the HIDs and the foglights, then they'll both be visible during the day, but at night, when you don't have the fogs on, they will be visible too. Not sure about the shape, but just realized that if you just have 'em around the HIDs, then they won't be visible at nite.
In any case, just around the HIDs would be hot enuff. so somebody, anybody get him those lights so we can see how they look.
