I'm working on it lol...i still haven't received the photoshop picture from umnitza...i called them up and they said that they will have it by tomorrow...so once i get that, i will post it here and get opinions from people and we will go from there...

regardless, i think i am going to get it done for my car...so once they give me the sign, then i'll send the lights to them ASAP...

whatever the case may be, i'll keep you all updated....

just for the heck of it, here are some pics of DDE kits on some BMW's some are umnitza CCFL kits, some are jlevi (another distributor around the bay) DDE enhanced plus kits, etc. I would suggest you guys try talking to www.jlevistreetworks.com as well

Those red ones are mean looking, I will still stick with a more white or blue hue if I were to get them, red and hyper blue is just asking for trouble from the hoe-bangers..

Make sure they are daytime running lights, so that whenever the car is on, the angel eyes are as well, and also they should be on when the Xenons are on as well.

gochan,
did they say when it they would be ready, or what we have to do to get them to start producing them?

as for me, i want both the HIDs and the foglights done, so that the foglights can have the angel eyes while the HIDs are on, which is the only way you can see them at night.

what do you mean only on the low beam? only on the HIDs, and not the fog lights?

and do they have somone to test the test kit?

meaning they'll only put it around the hid. and i might be the test person. still contemplating whether to do it or not.

why would you put it around the fog lights? the fogs' openings are square, not round. If you put a round ring in a square opening it would look terrible

ummm, it wouldn't be round, it would be square, to follow the outline of the lights.

i understand some people don't like or want that, but i do. i assume the folks who don't like what i do won't object to them offering it as an option, right?

Yeah, you're right. Just a bit too much bling-bling for my taste. Kinda like portholes on a Buick. But, if it floats your boat.....go for it They don't appear to be too expensive compared with some other stuff.

That is a good price I think!! Plus would it be available for TL's in Canada?? We have daytime running lights here so I think the Angel Eyes should be on once you start the car. But you would need to take your lights out to have them install the
Angel Eyes Correct?

i won't continue this side thread after this, but yes, they've only made round ones thus far. there's no reason to believe that that's because they CAN only make round ones, maybe it's because the lights they were surrounding were only round.

anyway, it's pointless. hopefully they'll come out with something real soon, and i hope that the foglights will be an option .

y'all who are going to be the test folks--good luck and, umm, hurry up !

ok, jsut talked to matt from umnitza. he had thought that our fog lights was the high beam and that's why he said he won't do fog. i just corrected him and told him that our high and low beam are together and that the fog is right next to that. he's going to do some more R & d and get back to me about it. i will keep you guys updated as i get updated. i told him there's already a bunch of people interested in them.
