Smile Allll moooost theeeere!

My friends, the time has come...well, Friday July 29th at 6:30 pm will be the time . I will be signing the papers on my brand new 2005 SSM/Ebony TL w/Navi and the Protection Package. Here are the numbers:

Invoice Price: $32,555
Tax: $2,849 (8.75% Alameda County, CA)
Other Fees: $175
----------------------------
Total: $35,579 Out the Door

Getting it from Acura of Concord, but I had to walk out once after I showed them the quote I got from Steven's Creek Acura in Santa Clara, CA. The Internet Sales Manager came out and said she would meet the price and throw in the protection package. Seeing how I didn't want to drive 45+ mins to Steven's Creek, we agreed on the deal.

Now I am searching for better financing. They offered me 6.99% for 60 months . At least they give me 5 business days to find alternatives.

Anyways, thanks to everyone for all their help and the sound advice and experiences that have been detailed on this forum . I will see you all at the next Bay Area meet and pics will be up ASAP .

Tonight I just picked up my SSM/Ebony/Navi for $32,555 (invoice). You can do better on the financing though. I have excellent credit and got 5.04%/60 months thru Chase Automotive Finance. Could have gotten 4.89% thru 5th 3rd Bank but they had much higher "loan origination" fees.
BTW, you are gonna love this car!

Congrats Lister... I will actually be picking up mine as soon as i get off at work this evening. I'm going to have to drive about an hour and 15min. to pick it up, however, i feel it's worth it. My OTD price will be $35,300 and this includes the Protection Package w/ the all season mats, and Decklid Spoiler.

CONGRATS ON YOUR SOON TO BE PURCHASE!!!!!

Oh and should definitely be able to find a lower rate.

Big Ups my brotha. Try CapitalOne online or a local credit union depending on your credit score. 6.99% sounds high. Also check bankrate.com they have lots of sources and information.

I flew to pick up mine and drove 900+ miles back. And yes, it will be very well worth it.

Congrats to those picking up their new babies.

mn2trance... WHOA!!! Now you've definitely got me beat on that. I thought me putting 80 miles (approx.) on my car when driving it back was a lot but you definitely shot that down quick! Where did you get it?

Thanks everyone . I am couting the days until Friday! As for financing, Capital One gave me 5.85%, a nice drop. I figure Acura will match that %. I will try my local Uncle Credit Union to see if they can beat that.

But on Friday, you can welcome another into the TL family.
