For the door, center console, and glove compartment youd need 3 led's, in my opinion it wouldnt hurt to just get 4 lights and install them in the dome cuz if you dont like it there you can just replace it with the old one. Or you could get the hyper white for the dome, i think it would look nice with the blue

well i saw

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...sPageName=WDVW

i just really don't know about spending 40+ bucks on LED lighting...and i did the math yours comes out to about 33 dollars if i did it through superbrightled.com

on ebay the guy claims to have a lifetime warranty which is believable...what should i do?

I'd go through superbrightleds.com, delivery was perfect and there is no reason why led's should go bad since they supposedly have over 100,000 light hours. If you get the guy's package your gonna pay more, and get the same thing in my opinion. Also, i dont know could 9 leds be too hot and melt the plastic...just a thought

I went with the 9 Blue LEDs in the doors and map/dome lights, and single blue LEDs in the console and glove box. It was the ones from ebay. I think they look great with my ebony interior, but I'm not sure how they would look with other colors. Everyone makes positive comments about them when they see them.

Sorry again. I got these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7943091858

I bid (instead of doing buy it now) and paid $34.99 + shipping, so it was still $40. I think with the 9 LEDs in the map/dome lights, the lights are still pretty usable, and the light isn't as annoying when driving at night. And did I mention they look cool?

can anyone compare the blue 6LED to the 9LED for the doors? pics?
it looks like superbrightled is cheaper for the 6LED than ebay but i don't see the 9LED's on their site.

you NEEEEEED to have 9. its the best way....

9 led's wont get hot enough to burn anything. actually, led's don't produce heat. and they only use about a tenth (correct me if im wrong)or so of the power.

get 9, DO NOT GET 6

i have 9 on all of mine and i am really happy with them. please check on the bulbs that you need before you buy them. i posted a ite on a thread not too long ago where you can inpuit your car and get the exact bulbs!

good luck and take pictures for us when you're done with the install

go to www.superbrightleds.com, its cheaper then the ebay package. shipping is 5 dollars for all of it and you can order as many bulbs, same shipping price. go ahead and double check so that you don't need to make more then one order. also, you might as well ask your friends and you can split the shipping price even. save each other some money

super bright leds will do that too. on top of that, you can also order more bulbs that you may want. help your friends out if they need anything as well. they come in their own seperate pink packages labeled with the exact type of bulbs.

do you make 40 bucks an hour at your job? cause for 10 bucks, this will take you about 15 min to research and find out what bulb is what

The 9led's are bright, I would go with them. The light look really sweet when you unlock the doore in the dark and the dome loghts fade to on, then when you open the door another bright blue burst.

The brighter, the better as even at 9, they are not nearly as bright as the stock lights.

The main problem with the LED is that the light is directional so the dispersion via the reflectors is no good, there is only light focused straight down, or in whatever direction the LED is pointing.

There are no rear door lights only 1 in each from door:
Lights LED Light Use
2 Door 9LED
2 Front Dome 9LED
2 Rear Dome 9LED
1 Glove Box 1LED
1 Center Console 1LED
2 Lic Plate 9LED

That's 10 for all, but beware, I believe BLUE lights on the exterior of the car is illegal in CA. It is for emergency vehicles.

The EBAY kit comes with 8 lights:

Hope that Helps
