We get bullied because they under-estimate us as being slow, luxury 4-doors. A nicely modified base TL will do a good job putting them in place & I have no idea why they would bully a Type-S.

All other factors being even, the TL-S probably ranks in the median of a category that includes the 335i, 2G Infiniti G, 2G CTS DI 3.6L and IS350 (which are faster) but also includes slower cars like the base CTS, 328i, IS250 and ES350.

My 03 type S repeatedly pulled on an rx-8 on the highway (RT. 8 CT) last summer. In the tight corners it was a different story, the 8 pulled right up to me, and I aint no chicken in the twisties...
