All season mats

Anybody have any suggestions for all season mats other than those sold by Acura? they seem to be only in black and i think they would clash mightily with the parchment interior on my WDP TL.

I have them, NBP Parchment, and they look great. Actually look inside a recent 325/330 with light interior, they come with black mats as well.

McNeil Automotive makes very good all-season mats.....very thick rubber with deep grooves and channels to hold a lot of water/snow.........lasts forever. (See their ads in car mags).

Do a search for auto mats and look for mats made of Berber carpeting. It absorbs a lot of winter detritus, still looks like carpet, and comes in a a few shades of tan. The look is much better than the rubber/vinyl things. Saab makes a factory version; they're handsome enough for year 'round use.

I have NBP with parchment, the black looks great because of the black dash and other interior features. You won't be able to find a tan one that matches up good, i've tried. FOrget Acura as far as these go, they charge like 80 bucks? I got mine at a sears store in the auto section - 2 bigs for the front, 2 smalss for the back - like 25 bucks

You have to be careful of the accelerator pedal and how it is hinged to the floor. The OEM All Season Mats fit best for that reason.

This is true, the drivers one fits a little awkward; becuase of the gas pedal hinge the mat must lay to the left slightly and it covers up the gas cap lever, but still a minor thing not worth 50 bucks to have PERFECT in my opinion

My safety is worth more than $50 to me. Sorry but as many others in the forum have pointed out: if you spend nearly 35k for a car...what is $50???

It doesn't seem to pose any saftey threats for me, both pedals (5AT) work fine and you cannot tell any sort of a difference unless you look closely at the floor But, if the cosmetic perfection of it is important to you, I would recommend getting the factory ones

I am not trying to beat a dead horse but my concern with an improper mat would be if it shifted while driving and prevented proper use of any pedal. Anyway...I will get off my soap box. I've shared enough of my opinion

Parchment w/black all-season looks surprisingly great. Having black on the dash/doors/console helps with the contrast. My stock carpeted mats are retired for good.

I like the WeatherTech all season mats. I have these in the X5 and they work great. Had them for 3 winters now.

Here is the link to the 04 TL WeatherTech mats.

BTW: The front mats will fit like the OEM mats.

So, KHill, do you mean this WeatherTech mats has the good cut in order to fit that bottom-hinged gas pedal now? I know they didn't last year.

Thanks.

Yep I would assume so. My X5 has the a bottom-hinged gas pedal and the WeatherTech mats fit exactly like the OEM ones. When you order make sure you order the correct year of the vehicle.

I also have WDP with the all-season mats, and they look surprisingly good. No need to go to a third party vendor.
