AEM cold air intake for 05 tl

i have a few questions about the AEM cold air intake for the tl. First, will installing a cold air intake void any kind of warranties on the car. Second, has anyone installed the aem intake themselves and how difficult was the installation. Last, was there any real performance gains or was it mostly just louder. Thank you for any responses.

There is a huge difference. Injen is for sale. AEM is imaginary as of 1/31/05.

yeh i think injen dynoed at like only 7-10 hp while aem topped out at like 17-19 hp more than stock

do you guys really think there is that much of a difference between intakes? this 17-19hp is alot from just an intake which they say has like two different intake pipes for this v2 version they got...

i dont know....

is the stock air filter that restricted?
