USR has some exact type s replicas for about $60 shipped. I have them and you can't tell the difference from the OEM ones

Smoked w/ Red and Amber is $60 + s/h.
Smoked w/ White LED's is $94 + s/h.

I have a set of Smoked w/ White Brand new in box as I ended up finding a deal on the OEM ones.
