Acura Of Tempe

Sent an e-mail to Acura of Tempe, Arizona if they can provide assistance on replacing the Engine Mounts and Strut mounts even though my 2008 Acura TL Type S has 76K miles currently.
Let's see if Acura of Tempe or Client Services will provide some services to an Acura loyal customer.
Prior fixes:
1. Power Steering Hose: Covered by recall but had to dispute it since they couldn't find my VIN in the recall list.
2. Power steering pump
3. Power Steering pump O-ring
4. Oil Pump
5. Water pump and Timing belt.
Prior Cars:
93 Acura Integra GSR
2000 Acura Integra GSR
2004 Acura TSX
Currently: 2008 Acura TL Type S
I'm going use this as a benchmark for Acura Client Services. They are either going to gain my business or lose it from there response.
Hate to jump ship but might have to go with Lexus for there customer service. Past experiences with my wifes Lexus IS300 and currently wifes Lexus IS250 have been great. Acura has been great but starting from the 2004 Acura TSX. The quality has been down and they have been beating around the bush to get around fixes.

It could be just your dealer. I had a bad experience when I bought my tls in San Antonio back in 03'. After that when I was ready for another Acura I went to Austin to buy my current tl and I can't say enough good things about that location.
Fiances G was takin into Austin a few times they sucked compared to San Antonios dealership.
I guess I'm just tryin to say don't let this one instance deter you from another A in the driveway.

Well the dealer itself is not bad. I had to go through at least 3 service advisors until i found the right guy that would actually listen and work on deals rather than hear B.S and go by the book.
I'm just having no love from Acura Client Services, had a lot of problems with my Acura TSX and never got any assistance with any fixes. Can you say "DENIED"
I even had issues trying to fix my Power Steering hose. I had to pay out of pocket because the 2008 Acura TL Type S VIN was not in the recall system at 1st. Acura Of Tempe and Client Services had to check it out while I had to fork out $$ to get'er done.

I hear ya; I have a 08 TL-S with the power steering hose leak as well, which they won't cover because the Type-S was not listed on the recall. Very frustrating. I hope it works out for you with your engine and strut mounts

Got a call today from Acura Client Services. Got denied for any assistance. Ahahah.. Not a surprise
Time to move on, I'll quote the Client Service manager, "it's a hit and miss with some cars". Wow, did he just say that to me?
Ohh.. Nothing against Acura Of Tempe, they actually submitted my complaint to Acura Client Services. Thumbs up to them. They treated me well.
Thumbs down to Acura Client Services...

I have never liked that dealer. When I was looking to buy my 1st TL back in '05, the salesman there told me "come back when you're ready". I drove 35 miles to another dealer and bought there. I recently bought another TL and I'm scheduling my service elsewhere even though I live close to this dealer.

Some dealers are absolutely useless while others treat you like a king. I bought my type s from a shitty dealer with horrible management and service people. Luckily I found the most amazing dealer for service. No questions asked ever and they always keep me informed Acura Of Hamilton in ontario canada. TWO BIG THUMBS UP

I have no problem with my local Acura dealer when come down to service, however I do have a problem with one of my local Honda dealer for servicing my Accord. I would say it vary depend on the experience you had with the dealer.
