5AT / 5manumatic comparison

Has anyone ever compared the 0-60 speed on the automatic TL (set to drive) vs using the "manumatic" quasi-manual mode on the same car? Does it really add any acceleration?

if u know how to work ss to get 1st to near redline, and doing so for the rest of the gears, then you probably will be getting more hp because the hp peak is near redline. i think if you were to use auto mode, u wouldnt be able to rev as high unless u floor it
