But as far as the TL I would actually need to see the reverse lights in person to see how big the opening is and whether I will be able to insert them there. And for the headlights they should fit in front of the turn signal indicator inserted from the bottom but the only issue is you will be able to see them.

I was wondering the exact same thing......I have 4-way wheelan strobes in my Mercedes now that are connected to my alarm. They flash once for lock and twice for unlock and will start flashing if my alarm is set off. The reason I got them was because I wanted my alarm sytem to attract peoples attention when it goes off so you won't hear or see the traditional DEI six tone siren with flashing turn signals if you set off my car alarm.......

I had to drill holes in the front turn signal lights but there was an extra space that was perfect for them in the taillights. I think drilling is a better option because that way you won't have to worry about it banging around. The only thing with the TL is that the taillights and headlights require bumper removal in order to access them which is a real PITA!!
