I've recently heard of them, but do not have any experience [yet]. A friend of mine is considering trying these out, so I'll know soon enough when I go bagging his s2000

Check out this link:
http://blog.tirerack.com/blog/make-d...potenza-re-11a

the RE-11As will apparently last a bit longer (so much for tire wear numbers- I always say they're BS)

I would go 255 for sure next time. Next time I go to Costco for tires, I'll just bring my wheels in, instead of the whole car, so that I can get the 255s put on.

I don't see RE-11A's on tirerack anymore only RE-11's. Looks like they may have just dropped the A moniker.

That's doesn't make sense. The "A's" replaced the "non A's"

Either way, they're one and the same. When the A's came out, they were just being offered in different sizes. Otherwise they are the same tire. Same shit, different pile.

I've had both and I couldn't tell you the difference.

Wait. Not sure if that made sense. RE-11s came first. Then RE-11As. Same tire. Same rubber compound. Same construction. The difference was the A's came in different sizes.

I'm surprised nobody's asked Justin's opinion. I think his tires are something like 5 years old and still brand new.

Hmm. I think I've heard that justn was considering converting from AC to DC (or vice versa, I was never clear on which his natural state was).

He has a huge dick. But in the 5 days he's stayed with us, I never got a clear idea on who he'd prefer to stick it in.
Don't worry, Jade wasn't with us yet back then. She's safe.

On the TL I ran 255s. I had 235s on for one year, that sucked. Big difference. I still have the 235 stockies. No Justn, no means no.

Regarding tire.. just pick a good tire and value shop.
It won't mean shit to you day to day. I always go for wet performance and braking over cornering and acceleration.
If a tire can out brake the next tire by 5ft, but off a second around the lap, I'll take it.

I think Costco is a good value just not very familiar with the Bridgestone product line so thought to ask. You make a good point though in that I won't notice much of a different day to day . I don't even need UHP tires. I'd be happy with nice All Seasons to be honest.

Nice all season tires? Dafuq. Oh you mean "all compromise" tires.

If you like Michelin, get them. If you want to save some cash and try something new, try Bridgestone. Honestly, there would be zero reason for you to regret them. We aren't talking about the pep boys special here.

So I went to dinner tonight at a vegan joint in town and look who I am sitting next to.. She was having the most interesting conversation with her friend... Very spiritual, deep, metaphysical stuff...

So so far I've seen Jason Statham and her... Wonder who I'll see from the F&F crew next

In Atlanta? Find the sketchiest looking sushi restaurant you can find and you might get to see Paul Walker.

Big time proper, man...and knees don't touch on the dash.
I'm actually pretty shocked though, it's not huge caddy wagon like you'd think. Inside is spacious enough but it's a low roofline and pretty normal sized inside.

I figured out the trick to telling them apart.

See, the Vagon has a little vent on the fender whereas the TSX does not.

I figured out how to tell the Audi Allroad too: observe the driver for a little bit and if it seems like they enjoy the spooge crusted on their face, it's an Allroad.

Jetta wagon: look for a girl that likes to play in the beef curtains.

And you can tell an Outback by the overwhelming smell of patchouli oil.

No one's ever bought an AMG estate, so don't worry about that.

And finally, a BMW wagon will be parked across at least 2 and up to 5 parking spots.

There you go! There's your wagon spotters guide. Have fun identifying cars!
