Depends on my mood...but, if I'm on the road and relaxing at a hotel lounge, my go-to drink is usually the vodka martini. I say that because while I would expect the bartender to be competent, more often than not, they aren't and well, it's relatively hard to screw up a martini.
If I'm out with friends at a reputable bar/lounge, my go-to drink can be the vodka martini OR the Old Fashioned. Depends on my mood.
On a warm summer day, mojitos almost always anywhere it is offered.
And on occasion, I do enjoy the Caesar...extra spicy please. Yes, I know...clam juice in my cocktail...but, I actually like it.

At home, it's always a shot of scotch whiskey...or cognac if my liquor shelf has any (haven't had any for the last while).

Can't help but die when on a hot day you order a mojito (also my hot day go to drink) and you get water.. I want my mojito to taste like mint and lime, is that too much to ask for?
Haven't had a drink in a good bit now, during the weekend after moving my girlfriend it was bothering me. Thanks DNA/family/habits/whatever reason for making me a high-functioning alcoholic. It's not extremely bad, but when I get the crave it's not cool.

TIL, you guys like to feel minty and refreshing on a hot day. Have you guys tried inserting said mint into rectum? Ice cubes too? You might find it a lot more refreshing than drinking it.

You have faith in science, but have you witnessed it first hand? Can you explain the reaction, is it absolute?
Bible is a guide to life. The fallacy is that it's a history book. There are two creation stories in it.. I mean seriously. Any logical person would realize that you read it and take from it what you can.

I have faith in science because the things we know have been proven to be true time and time again. I'm not talking about theoretical physics. Until it can be somehow proven, it's just an idea and could be entirely wrong.
Stuff in science is believed to be correct as long as it can be proven. Otherwise it's just a theory. And theories can change until they are proven.
What part of the bible, old or new testament has changed? The two books don't even align- one speaks of a vengeful God, the other speaks of a forgiving God. Clearly they couldn't even get their story book straight thousands of years ago. Yet a billion people blindly believe.
It's funny- I'm willing to bet you $34.50 that 99.9% of people have never read the entire bible, from start to finish. The stuff people hear at mass are just the chosen few scriptures that the church preaches perpetually. Not all of it is as honky-dory as you'd think- but the church doesn't really want the masses reading those parts.
No need to go further into this topic, as it ultimately does no good- as always, religion ends with arguments and wars and little more. Let's just agree to disagree

When I first started drinking...amaretto sour was my sh*t...my ex used to order Johnny on the rocks and I'd get my drink they the bartender would always give us each other's drink...
then, when I'd correct it, he'd look at me like i was a nancy boy.
