Max torque is possible that low. Depends on engine size, turbo size, GDI or not (or so I've heard- I'll admit I don't know much about GDI), etc.

pb i got the nexus 7 2012 and holy crap is it slow... stupid lack of ram.. but for $50 it was a nice little toy... I may need to install cyanogenmod on it and maybe it will be a little faster...

Chargers aren't that big of a deal but I try to stick with OEM lightning cables (for durability's sake) I use a bunch of aftermarket chargers.

Since I travel, I get one with multiple USB ports like this:
Anker is a GREAT brand. I bought a different brand but just because it was cheaper but I'd recommend Anker.

They have 1 port 2 port 4 and even 5 port chargers.
