I'm not an advocate of processed food or non processed food, but that's my freezer not my fridge.
The bottom shelf is also all meat only, not processed.

 

its only cuz i rarely eat frozed foods.

i bake or pan fry chicken breast every week, so I always have chicken during the week.

I was smoking turkey's every weekend for about 6 months, that was great! until a big case of birdflu took all of them out and made them super expensive

Agree about this. Working out is great. I have a sedentary job and sitting on my ass all day kills me. Gym makes me feel better, look better and I don't get pissy.
