Spent the weekend snowboarding. Good times. Weather was beautiful, very little people on the mountain (no idea why), plenty of tree riding and beers. Probably dangerous, but you know...
The mountain was dead... love it.
It's all about the Benjamins... I'd get new goggles, but I'm too attached to these
Alberta Genuine Draft... the classiest beer ever...
Resting in the snow... tree (not pole) riding is exhausting!!
Yours truly

Seriously, that AGD beer is pretty damn cheap, however, it comes from a very respectable brewer. I think they're just venturing into a different segment of the market. For a cheap beer, it's not that bad. The cans though- those things are friggin' awesome. I love how 80% of the top pops off

here in 'murica, if we did that, all the rednecks would spill half their beer upon opening and then proceed to sue the company...

we were actually discussing the logistics of the open top can and figured people would spill lots... I was like "naw, just gotta be a bit more careful"
...only to knock my can off the counter on to the floor
Second time was when I was sitting in the snow on the mountain. That one's excusable. I didn't have my folding beer table with me

That's 100% what I did, but somehow I managed to knock it over still :adumb:
And about the snow cooler.. I've wondered about that... does it actually help chill the beer faster, or does it act as an insulator, resulting in the beer taking longer to cool? Think of an igloo.. they're made of snow... but they can be pretty warm on the inside too. I dunno. I need another 15 pack of AGD

They're warm inside because the eskimos are in there and the heat generated is encapsulated there.
beer is cooler, so it''ll stay cool also snow is colder than beer. and the metal of the can will act as a radiator to cool the beer.
but you should test out this hypothesis with a few more beers .. you know, for science

but the beer isn't as cold as the snow... so technically the snow should just be trapping the warmth in.
I wonder if it's a different scenario for room temperature beer dropped into the snow, vs cool beer dropped into the snow.
Man, this is my monday. i don't wanna think this hard anymore.

Yes, eventually. But which method is faster for chilling? Dafuq am I asking either of you... Have either of you ever even seen snow?
