I sold a set of truck wheels a while back, shipped to California. I basically did what the guy in that linked thread did, but then slipped it all into an old shipping box I had in the attic. Was able to get two wheel per box ~63 lbs each.

Total from HOU to SLO was just over $100.

why do you want the moleskin so bad? I assume it's just some soft material that attaches to the rubber edging and provides a smooth surface for the tint/glass to slide against?


If so.. I'm not surprised everyone is telling you that you don't need it. I don't know of a single person with tint that has it. I dunno, maybe the Cali heat has something to do with it, but even when it's 90F here, I've never damaged my tint... I don't know anyone who has either


If the tint was damaged, it was either a junk product, or poorly installed.

There's a bunch of sport "style" rimz on the bay for 800.

Real deal with (presumably) newish and good tires should go for at least 1100. Honestly, 1200 is about the sweet spot where I'd be happy to buy them with tires. If was looking, of course. Im not.

Shipping is just the big factor, but if you're factoring in the 100-150 to ship and you're still happy... do it.
