I feel like I fell down the stairs and I didn't even fall down the stairs this time. Kids, don't get old...

Off to wrangle up some Advil and coffee.

Respectful Memorial Day ("'happy' Memorial Day" always sounds strange) to those 'Muricans. Happy Monday to the others.

Memorial Day is right.
Great day to give reference.

My Dad and his wife managed to infuriate me already this morning.

^I imagine so.

I'm gonna go lay out in the sun like a bish for an hour and then go finish pulling shit on the TL. I took the tails off yesterday. I'm going to pull the type-s retro bezel and then J's cf trim. Then the HFL.

I think everything non-cosmetic will stay though.

I did find yesterday a tiny hole in the glass of the drivers side accord fog light... Ideas on how to fix?

Party at 2!

Or, sell it before it shows signs of deterioration.

The type-s gauge bezel has silver rings that go around the gauges. The problem for base guys is we have buttons on the right of the bezel the type-s does not. So I cut out the holes for our buttons and then dinoced the piece. It's not perfect but it'll make someone happy...

I also have base mint oem red stripes and then a bunch of mint pieces of tails. Like the internal diffusers etc.

Front CF trim is going to J for a handy.

Then of course I have the oem suspension, oem jpipe, oem shift knob, some interior LEDs, oem d2s bulbs, and some rando parts and pieces.

Glad J is getting the CF trim. I've tried finding it here for him with zero luck. Didn't know those pieces were that rare now.

Actually I did find one guy, but he wanted $140 CAN for it. Total ripoff. J would a paid out his ass for it all with shipping, etc.

Chadpinder,

Do you know much about trees? No, not the kind you smoke...

Wifey wants an Ohio Buckeye tree for the front landscaping... I'm not sold on it. From the pictures I've seen, it doesn't really tickle my fancy. Being an Ohio boy, I'm wondering if you see these things often and if they do in fact look nice. Any pros? Any cons? I know they produce nuts/fruit. Are they a bitch to clean up in the fall?

I'm more into the Russian Olive tree. I think they look really cool.

It would definitely help if you threw a few more consonants into the mix. You know, an ß, maybe a few z's, and a ch in for the mix.

Sup bitches!

Went to the city pool this afternoon for the first weekend of the season. The new crop of lifeguards are looking pretty good . I'm talking some serious banana hammock packing , it should be a good summer.

Spent a couple hours this morning hitting the secondary surfaces on the truck and it's looking good now. Which is a shame because now I don't want to hoonass through mud and shit anymore. But that feeling should go away after the next rain storm, probably tonight.

Now it's time to burn some meat for the military.

Thank you for your service any of you degenerates that have or are serving. I know there are a few here that are ex-Navy or something... I know it had something to do with Seamen.

I wouldn't do a buckeye tree. The nuts are a pita. The leaves smell bad. It does not allow much growth underneath it as it's canopy is pretty dense. Plus they get huge...landscaping? Lol. Maybe as a tree on the very back of your property not up front as a focal point.

I can't exactly recall but I think I pulled the glass housing out from the plastic socket, broke it all out, then rtv'd the lexan into place...almost positive it was a pre-cut lexan I bought from ebay too.

I wouldn't bother though, yesterday I actually put clear vinyl over my fogs to prevent the glass taking a hit. I'd just do that, it'll hold it all together. Not worth the headache for a car you're selling.

2 more days, right? Then you have your new car?

First thing Thursday, or Friday?
I'm living this shit vicariously through you!

Damn, do you guys know once you tune with your flashpro, I'm assuming that if you're issue free, you never even plug it back in. I wonder if anyone's thought to have a loan program, or a FP timeshare?!?

So, do you have any faux CF OEM parts to sell, esp. the ones you found for me earlier?

Lol. Friday morning probably around 9.

It's not like flashing your ecu in the old days. There's a unit that stays on the car. No? Lol
