My trainer was telling me yesterday during the workout that he was hosting a dinner at his house with close friends. He said half way through the night, the friend (lady) got piss drunk and turned to his wife (my trainer) and asked if it's true what they say about black men.. He said he had a look of
thinking to himself like "WTF is going on right now.." His wife didn't play into it, but the guest (lady) turned to my trainer and said that her husband really likes his wife. My trainer got up and said "well, how about we go outside and get some fresh air".. I asked him what was the end result.
He said, they went home shortly after going outside. He tried to talk to his wife about what happened but she rolled it off as they are crazy people. He looked like he shit bricks when he was telling me. I couldn't help but bust his balls over it. We had some good laughs over the story, but my boy is def shook over the situation hahaha.

Just woke from a nap. Was up since 7:30 AM yesterday. Went to the gym this morning, while on no sleep. Decided to drink extra pre workout, became jittery in lowes, to the point where I thought the cart was moving side to side. Came home and wife was like go take s nap. Shiiiit ok 2 hour nap better than nothing.
