If I don't enjoy what I'm eating.. I just don't eat it anymore. Back in the day, you weren't done until the plate was clean and the hotter you could make it the better. If you went to a buffet, get your monies worth. Nowadays.. I could vomit at the thought of a buffet other than Bellagios. I still eat hot, but I would make myself miserable before.. nowadays I'm like ghost pepper stew, no thanks.

Lol, I'm 6'1", 200lbs, about 12-13%BF. Work out at least 4 times a week (last week, 7 times ) I eat constantly from when I wake up to when I leave work. I'm always hungry. I think I consume around 3500 calories a day.


Any why are you always hungrier after eating a bunch of veggies? Such as brockoli?


Why do you hate the iPhone so much, Yum? I had one for work too. I didn't mind it. (Still prefer android platform)

I'm perpetually hungry. But, my lunches during the week are always the same: raw veggies, fruit, a small piece of cheese, boiled egg, and water. Almost never deviates. Being neurotic by nature helps I guess.


And you've got 50+ lbs. on me...so, for reference, back then, I was 135 soaking wet and downing 3 medium pizzas.

I've been kicked out of a few K-BBQ AYCE places...having sat there for 5+ hours and eating until I was the last table.
