Lol I went to high school in a town where there was no diversity so I was always the black friend. In my graduating class of 350ish kids, I was one of 5 people of color, Asians included

I actually grew up with parents that were very intolerant of the use of bigotry, names included. My Mom recently told me that when I was like 5, someone on the TV said something about black people and I was like..."what's that?". Best part was, her friend that happened to be black was sitting on the couch next to me when I asked.
