I think his response was more a culmination of how he felt building and then he took my response as the one he addressed.

Not saying whether the APD shoot was justified or not, all I know is, if there are several cops with guns pointed at me and they are yelling "Get on the ground!" I would not pull 2 knives and I would get my ass on the ground.

I think the fact that he didn't have all faculties maybe makes the shoot more justified...who knows what he might do? He did pull knives...look, Albuquerque is a shit hole...very very high violent crime rate...can't say as I blame the PD, they face life and decisions all the time there.

These guys are trained to kill. Make no mistake, policy to drop a motherfucker in doubt. When you deal with vagrants and chronic homeless, it's not the same.
Is it a justified shoot, it will probably be ruled as such, was it necessary, absolutely not. I could have walked up there, made silent whispers, a little light massage and brought him off the hill. LEO's need to be professional and that includes a little compassion and understanding.
