I for one am not really the forgiving type as once a person is on my "shit" list then they stay on there for awhile, unless they prove themselves. In his case. i don't think its genuine change as it was only like 3 days since he's been put into his place. If you guys had seen the pm war i had with him then you would understand.

Big time, man...
then again, the day I stopped having to be perfect was the first day I was actually happy.
Too deep for ramblings, I'm sure.
Justin, I wasn't implying it wasn't your brother...I was agreeing since you'd already told me what a slob he was.

No doubt, man...if you unclogged it, run the snake through, I wonder if he clogged it so much the water probably came back up the P trap and there's no actual leak in the wall...kill the water to that bathroom valve, take off your baseboard and see if you can just dry it with a shop vac without damaging the drywall.
If you DO need to cut drywall, cut a perfect square/rectangle out and use a stud finder to ensure you'll have studs to screw your repair piece back into when you're done.
It's not hard, just time consuming.

that's what Im thinking about the Ptrap, and there is no actual leak, but the fact that my closet floor is soaked worries me and there could be rotten wood, as this isnt the first time I noticed my closet floor wet.

So did you locate the stud you wanted to nail against a dry wall?

Ok. So you did your usual Justin approach to solving a problem? Blast off and hope it'll fix itself? LMAO...that's not called being laid back or bohemian, it's actually being lazy.
I got so mad at Juan when he told me he'd noticed the wet spot on the ceiling like a week before and forgot to mention it. As a previous homeowner...only thing worse than a water leak is a fire.

I think I did...I'll give you a hint. His avatar is a pink version of the dog from A Neverending story.
Seriously though...I responded quickly and nicely to Chris in hopes that he's sincere...I certainly agree that people don't change that quickly.

Although, gotta give some cred for trying to ease up Sarlacc's no-mercy-go-in-for-more-kills approach.

I have a hung stud awaiting a dry wall. Just laid paste from the caulk holster.

Peace, brother...just an impression I got (after you did a full day of brutal Mexican manual labor, mind you). But I do appreciate the compliment. I'm too anal though, don't try and be like me, it'll kill ya.
