That's one fucking thing I don't eat.. not that it's disgusting.. I just don't understand why it's perceived as a delicacy. It's like buying a slug off someones yard for $50 and eating it.

Yeah, always liked the flavor it gives a dish. Great braised in a claypot with tofu and other seafood.
