In today's daily huddle, we had a question from one of the track leads on where a certain design deliverable was. We have THREE PMs on this project. THREE. All we had was total silence. If anyone had information on a deliverable, it should be a Project Manager.

I have acted as PM before (on projects obviously much less in budget and were around $1M only)...but, being honest, and having a true process is absolutely appreciated. Moral is high and the collective attitude of the project team is extremely positive.

I was going after a criminal justice/business degree, but now that I've been in an accounting position for 5 years I'm going to go with that and not do anymore CJ classes. I'll have to wait until I talk with a counselor in a few weeks to see what I need to do but I think that's the best and easiest thing for me to just get it finished. Seeing my transcripts from my final year in 2007 was a mixture of 10 withdrawals and zeros

I was doing CJ with hopes of being a lawyer some day but that isnt what i want anymore. I make enough to pay my bills and save so I'm content with being in acct. for now, but the degree will give me about 20k more a year. My boss told me a few months ago that he is planning to retire in 3 years and that if I'm still here that I would be his recommendation as a replacement. He makes a little over 100k but position starts at 87k. That's no guarantee of course but it won't hurt to finish that way if I don't get it I can leave with the degree and experience. That's another reason why I commute instead of getting another job.
