I have yet to have a problem with this ramblings thread. The old one would take forever to load (if it loaded at all).
For other threads - I rely heavily on my subscriptions. I go through that list whenever I come to AZine, and sometimes clicking last page loads up the first page of the thread. Austins thread does that a lot, among others. Sometimes when I click on Auto News threads from my subscription list, it'll load some thread from 2003 in the 2g TL side, or even the MDX side. The only way to get to the thread is to go through the Off Topic>Car Talk section to get to the thread.
That happens on Chrome and Firefox.

The original ramblings never gave me a problem like a year ago, but in recent months it would only load for me about 10% of the time, and the 10% it did load, it took a long time. It may be serendipitous but I found the middle of the night would pretty much be the only times it would load. This thread works fine for me so far.
Firefox & my phone's preloaded browser, no clue what it is lol.

Its my fault. The last couple of weeks here its been in the 70s so I booked a cabin in the mountains for this upcoming week, thinking it would be wonderful weather, spring blooming. Now today it was below freezing and doesn't show signs of warming up.
I have a history of being a jinx. Since I started driving, everytime I would get a new car that was a gas guzzler or used premium fuel, gas would sky rocket within a couple of days. Never fails. Ever.

HEYYY ME TOO! I felt like a complete blonde when it snowed down here. I was under the impression that it doesn't snow in the "south" -_-
That reminds me of another jinx. Like my 3rd yr down here I decided to drive up for Christmas. Since it hadn't really snowed up there in the winters past, I figured the drive would be a breeze. Well, there was a freak blizzard that the forecast didn't call for and it took 23 straight hours to drive up. Seeee! It really must be me. Damn!

What made the drive even more nerve racking for me was I was on summer tires.Yep. It was 41 today and very windy. Its been windy for about a week straight.
Saturday is going to be about 60. Sunday? Snow.

Yep, 09 sounds about right. The plan was for the mister to drive all the way up but since it took so long we switched off for naps. Of course it was my turn to drive around the DC area, the worst spot ever due to the quick exits and lane changes. I got off to get back on, and no streets were plowed. We got stuck, like 3 AM, and he had to get out of the car and push. That was lots of fun. Needless to say we have only driven up once since, and made sure it was the summer... of course that day a monsoon decided to hit and one of the highways in Jersey shut down due to flooding and we had to park. Right there in the left lane. Boxed in. Horrendous humidity/ heat. Windows foggy, and 3 screaming kids. It was a great time.

Oh and almost forgot the best part of that summer trip. We didn't want to loose time since we were already so behind. The mister had to pee. He grabbed a cup and handed it to me. It started to spill so i went to toss it out the window, and the wind blew. Right into my mouth.
