Are restaurants closing in Austin? It seems like everyone here in my 'burbs have just pivoted to Takeout/Delivery. A lot of them are using regular employees to deliver so they stay on the tips tip.

Frankly, the handful of times I've gone out to pick up chow, it's been absolutely delightful; empty roads, food ready when I get there. Takeout beer.
