I have fam out in the east who do critical/ emergency care
They're intubating several people an hour
Already at max capacity and they're not even hit as hard
Doctors already making life / death calls on patients
Fucking Trump saying they don't need ventilators
I'm going to laugh when he gets this
Punkass bitch

Anyhoo...on a brighter note, today is Little Cha's birthday. And of course, our original plans for his big day has changed as we're stuck at home. Anyways, he's developed quite a liking for Spider-Man this year and so, I was able to order in a suit from Amazon recently and the First Lady and I decided to surprise the little guy by pretending to have the superhero show up on his birthday. So, while she was keeping Little Cha occupied upstairs, I ran downstairs, put on the suit and waited outside and then knocked on the door. If his eyes could go any wider when he opened the door, I think his eyeballs would pop out, hahaha...
As Spider-Man, obviously, I didn't speak as I did not want to give anything away so anyways, he thinks Spider-Man visited him today...He can't stop talking about it. Well, some things are priceless.

The mask wasn't QUITE perfect as it's perhaps not made for noses...or maybe just not mine. Ah well. Good enough for Little Cha.

Yumcha, that's awesome! This will be a great memory for him.
I always feel like kids (especially younger) have a tougher time dealing with stuff like this quarantine. Unless they're happy to have no school whatever we can do helps though.

Gawdammit!
Corona has made it to the nursing homes down here. A lot of 80+ are about to get really sick.
I hope we peak soon. The general public is being extremely careful and I commend the sh*t out of them for cooperating!
But... It's spreading more in the medical facilities now. I guess that is to be expected but once it's there, like cockroaches, it's hard to get rid of.
But I can confirm that the public is doing their part... So atleast there is that!

Spidey got a hot bod
Badass Dad, H...you're an inspiration.
And I'm over here telling Z she better not wake me up in the morning cause I need my beauty sleep.
I come down, she's fully dressed and sprayed herself with perfume. She doesn't even need me!

she actually matches pretty well...
did the bow on her own and brushed her hair.
Pretty proud Daddy
Yesterday we practiced her bike riding skills...she just needs more confidence to override the fear of falling off.
If there was ever a more obvious scenario in which her Daddy's outlook clashes with her Mommy's...it's on that
bike. By the time we got moving though she was cruising and able to go up and down the inclines on the sidewalk
at every driveway.

Strider bikes are where it’s at. Both my boys have/had strider bikes. My oldest is going out this week to practice without training wheels, since we have nothing else to do besides homework that’s pretty much done.

you wore a helmet as a kid?
i have one that she's outgrown...the other one she uses is too big and falls off and chokes her.
I guess I need to get one.
a glider bike like a fucking razor with a seat that doesn't teach them the mechanics of pedaling and momentum?
miss me with that shit!
she does play with one of those at the daycare but I don't think it's a substitute for bikes.

I bet she'll be shredding a dirt bike by 7. Just wait and see!
My nieces, ages 12 and 6, are into drag racing!
Good to see she will be raised right!

my kids learned how to pedal on a Thomas tricycle... the strider bike gave them the ability to balance. My 4 year old coasts on his strider and puts his feet up. I get nervous sometimes because he likes to put his feet up and then move the handlebars.
