While I won't attempt to come across as a TV guru, I will state that C9/B9 to me, is not so much a big deal. The minute you walk out of the store, your TV is obsolete. I would go with the cheaper of the two.

But it has inherent limitations you need to be vigilant against
Yes OLED is better than OLED of old, but it's still not fool proof

All you have to do is see the OLEDs running year long at big box stores
You'll see examples of burn-in, artifacting, motion stutter

My advice is check out RTINGS and see the best reviewed
Go for it, price permitting, and be vigilant against burn-in and conservative on the screen's use

That being said, QLED is fucking tits
OLED is not worth 2-3x the price over a good QLED panel IMO
Shiett.. even the XBRs.. I saw a 75" XBR 900F panel for 1300.. that's fucking insane.

As I was doing more research on the OLED side, I was surprised to hear about burn-in! I thought that was gone after the Plasma days.. Didn't know that was a thing still.. I'll check out RTINGS, thanks

Yeah, I'm keeping my eye out for an OLED as that's next up on my purchase maybe this year. But, it's more a nice-to-have as the current QLED Sammy I have is still working great.
