dilema time!!!
so, i've been making it known that I do want to go to the Hardware team to fix machines and shit.
the hardware team is all on board, everyone is on board...
we just had to bring it up to the CEO..
the CEO finally got back to the hardware manager on one condition...
during this 30 day trial period of me learning to fix machines....if I happen to not work out, I can't transfer back to the 9 tracks...I'd be let go..

I have til after the new year to decide.
stay complacent and bored with 9 tracks and have job security for at least 5 years, til the project ends...
or take a risk and train for 30 days to fix machines and hopefully become useful enough to stay with the company for a long time, but on the off chance it doesnt work out, get let go.

basically just troubleshoot anything that is broken or not working correctly...mostly component replacing and component cleaning... may include soldering (but there's a team, so it's not just me doing this shit by myself, but they want me to be useful enough to where I can do things on my own)
