shiet...I have enough sick time but I don't think it looks good for next job if you're always calling out.
Plus, in my role, my work lands on someone else's lap. No likey that feeling.
I get 22 days...I bought a week and barely felt the impact on the check...so thinking of doing 2 weeks.
Kicker is my boss is cool and he's like if you ain't take it, I'll approve getting you reimbursed for it. Usually if you buy and don't take, you lose it

that's the point, I DON'T make a ton of money so I'm evaluating how much money is worth to me vs time with my kiddos and new fun adventures.
We are planning a trip to the motherland next year with everyone so maybe the extra week would be worth it.
