The 3G Ramblings & General Discussion Thread (ʎluO sɹǝsoo7)
Sorry for bringing this into the chat.
me thinks rockyboistar because he keeps trying to “help”

Thanks dude...
I'm kind of a private person as well.
thanks for sharing...
honestly, I seem cold but if the person doesn't want help...all you can do is create distance. They will either find their way back
or fade into the night. For me personally (and for your wife with you)...it became clear my only job was protecting Z and I did what
I had to do without adding fuel to the fire due to my own ego and hurt feelings. It's served me well and I'm happy to report everyone
involved in the fiasco is doing well now.

Hey man, if you were serious I'd say that even that is impressive.
But I know you're busting chops and you think I'm a looser for not
drinking anymore and sharing my feelings across the web.

That's more like it.
Every time I see that Dean Martin "I feel bad for people that don't drink..."
I feel like a failure for not being able to keep it moderate.

And yes, I'm just bustin' ya' chops. I don't think your a looser though. Well, not because of the drinking thing at least.
We all gotta do what it takes to make it to the next day.

Yep.Last weekend was decent but I got redirected with a
Got a new drill out of it because the battery on my old one died and I found out that the GD *charger* is dead.
So I rage quit Craftsman and bought a Dewalt since I've got the battery system already. Starting to consolidate to one brand. So I'm eyeballing this weekend to hopefully get the other slider on. Should be nice, just need to stay sober long enough.

I like your asshole do projects!
That's awesome...
funny you mention that...I went the opposite route...between chargers and batteries I now have ALL the chargers for every brand so I can cross shop best price and deal when I "need" something.
Actually thanks to @1StGenCL I now have a Tesla lawnmower...he passed along a kobalt push mower...ended up buying a clearance chainsaw just for the battery. So literally I have Dewalt, Milwaukee,
Makita, Kobalt and Ryobi now...
Batteries on my 12 year old Makita impact are cooked...just bought a no name brand duo of 3.0ah 18v batteries from Amazon. I thought about just buying another set that includes the batteries
but I'm fighting the "throwaway" society I bitch about. I could jump start the batteries to take a charge but really a dead few cells is going to need that jump every time.
