I think it's the circle of life. Other shit comes up and other shit gets put on the back burner.

Probably people that aren't on here are busy out living their best life.

I am, however, quite shocked that the userbase hasn't seen an explosion in posting and popularity given the new changes that were made to the default "activity level" tags for post counts. I thought that was a surefire fix to the dumpster fire that acraizime has become.

Weird.

I'm damn sure whoever left this trash dump is living a better life without it. Needless to say, I'll stick around for you guise always.

We better change the subject before someone finds us with our underwear down and having a sword fight.

On a lighter note, I'm having all the broken shit fixed on the RDX. Currently at 342K miles. Somehow it still runs, must have been a defective or something.

Found a great local Vietnamese restaurant the other day that makes awesome/authentic Vietnamese food that really run the gamut.. Unfortunately, their pho soup was garbage... i was very disappointed with it, but everything else was great so I will just stay away from the soups for now..

When I first moved to this area, I found this little hole in the wall Viet place that was run by time travelers. This latest iteration of the owners have pushed to upscale the place and they changed too much and it's not as good anymore. It's solidly "okay" but used to be phenomenal. A little bit sad about that.

Gentrification ruins things..We were just talking to the owners of the place about this exact thing.. lots of the newer clientele coming in are of the... lighter skin varietal and always were super picky about what was in the food so they had to change the recipe of a lot of their things to water it down for those less sophisticated palates.. e.g. no fermented shrimp paste in the bun rieu but they will happily provide it if we ask for it.

There is a massive Viet population in NOLA. Hopefully I'll find somewhere good and authentic one day to try. I'm really interested because everyone says how good real Vietnamese food is!

eating authentic viet food in the USA is way different than eating viet food in Vietnam.
Also not possible to get a meal in the states for less than $1 or was it $2, but yea very cheep.

Dude, I've always wondered why David Cross looked like a familiar face...
I was listening to a Stern interview of Odenkirk (did NOT know he was a writer for SNL, close friend to Chris Farley)...
led me to youtube a show called Mr. Show...back in 1986...I mean, 36 years ago the comedy was pretty tame but it still
holds up.

Thought it was cool.
