Went out on Saturday to track down some dumplings. The place we got to ended up being take away only (side note: Houston 'Jina-town is still keeping it real with the pandemic precautions) so we went to the Szechuan place next door to eat. Had to do no touch temp scan before going in, and once at the table, the menu was electronic, as was the ordering. Basically the only staff interaction was when they brought the food out.
Unfortunately, it wasn't a great meal. Way way salty (ladiboi), and while the peppers and numbing pepper was on point, the cook appeared to have prepared the rabbit by running over it with his car. Was mostly eating bones (ladiboi) with not much meat (ladiboi). Guts are still wrecked from it (ladiboi).
Got home and at the dumplings. So that was nice.
