Still only leg day, and I'm still dragging ass after donating blood 2 weeks ago so shit fucking hurts man.

It was damn near 80 degrees and 90% humidity out too, and I felt like blowing chunks ('cause he's hawt ) midway through my run. Just miserable hot, sticky weather to run in. Fucking swamp.

There were a couple of, what are they called... "Gym-bos"? there tonight. The girls that just show up in their tart workout gear and do nothing but those two thigh machines (I call them the positive and negative pussy muscle machines) half-assed and take pictures on their phones. Those girls.

So they were there doing their IG shit, one of them using the positive pussy muscle machines and one on the negative pussy muscle machine, just taking up space. And this grumpy old man, even older than me, just walked up, about 20 ft away, and just stood there staring at them with the most disgusted look on his face. In my head I was imagining him having flashbacks to the war, where he was blowing up enemies and slitting throats in close quarters, all so these girls could sit there and waste oxygen. Thinking, this is what my PTSD was for? FFS.

Then he went back to his machine and did work.

A+, would drink a beer post-workout pineapple brotein shake with.

Still don't have good range of motion in lefty. But it's been this way since November/December so it'll be a while. It's not as bad as it was and I probably need to start doing some range-of-motion PT throughout the day to get it back.

My WFH setup (the loveseat with a lap desk) isn't exactly the best ergonomics either which I suspect plays a part too. So until I get back into the office, I'm expecting this will just be a lingering problem.

Well, company gives up a buck twenty a year toward gym...they haven't reopened the tiny gym on site at work
so I figured I'd join one of those $10 a month Planet of the Apes Fitness Dick memberships...honestly, it was perfect.
It's across from Acra and a good place to blow off steam when I get irked at home...jogging and calientesthetics are good
but I figure another option in the wheelhouse would be good. Go in 2 or 3 times a week, do machines I feel like doing...do
some core. Look angrily at the THOTS, like your shaving Ryan's Private Benjamin buddy today too. There were actually 2
of them...well, 1 was uh...you know...also doing the negative pussy muscle machine but I didn't mind it.

The place I go is pretty chill. A good range of people there. A couple yuge dudes that seem to live there. One guy is just massive, but really chill. Not at all a Lunk.

I've watched him max out the positive pussy muscle machine. He can probably turn coal into diamonds with his prison pocket.

Got that Cybex pussy machine in my home gym and I’m maxing the ab/addiction without training(including the +15lbs additionable turntable weight option).

When I used to go to PF, I’d make noise daring them to hit that lunk alarm, never happened. I think if a guy is grunting at the end of his reps, he’s probably lifting heavy and isn’t to be molested.

Forgot how cattle-like flying was.

I’ve got a tubby with a beavers hat on sitting with his wife next to him in the middle seat. He’s trying to make himself seem smaller by resting his arm on top of his gut, butt gut is hanging over my armrest. I feel his gut fat radiating into my arm hairs and onto my skin.

Hes trying to man spread, perhaps because he likes football, but I let him know how this flight will go, he quickly closed them.

That phrase has a mute ring to it once you’ve actually skinned humans. Movies tease at this reality, but it’s a shock to the senses when you are helping the human have cancer removed or achieve a certain look.

Patient comes into surgeons office, “I’d like my tig o’ bitties to be smaller, back hurts”. Surgeon replies, “Sure, I’d love to chop off your knockers”. None of this is spoken, but this runs through the minds of both parties.

It becomes a reminder how sensitive humanity is to the common social constructs of what we are told we should find odd or unsavory.
