He's been in Taekwondo for three years now and I think he should start sparring very soon. He's growing like a weed (420smokeitLOL) and will have the height advantage on me pretty soon. But he's like Yumcha
so I can still grab him and huck him like a sack of potatoes.
I've made my peace and when the time comes I accept the fact that I will be deserving of it.

Part of the reason I had to get my Covid-13# ass back in the gym was to re-build my cardio thresholds. Gotta be ready to run and not stop just in case things go south and I need to get away from a situation I put myself into.

He didn't... But I was mentioning that he's not far from being able to. I think most, it not all, boys eventually get to the point where they think they could whoop their dads ass. And at some point, they probably could. Thankfully for me, Jr isn't there yet so the nightly drunken beatings continue!

Yeah speaking from experience.. eventually dad's/sons will start butting heads as they start establishing who is the new Alpha in the house.. It's just natural
