^ The star spindle is for the parking brake. You can adjust it from there by spinning it as opposed to the center console method.
When I did my mine, I don't remember being able to see the star spindle with the rotor in place. Then again, I was only looking at the rotor and how much better it looked than the rusty shit I took off of in the first place

I wonder why when putting on the rear rotors, it messes with the parking brake!? wtf

I mean I have had the smoked tails and side markers in for a couple weeks. I still have my base stock tails but I like the look of the type s better
I was just curious if the link I posted was a legit tail light for the price

Was your parking brake on (handle up) when you did this? If so that's no bueno. Otherwise, when you have the rotor off, turn the star spindle up so the parking brake is retracted. Install rotor...then you should be able to access that spindle to readjust the parking brake. I think...lol

Understand now. Because we have a retarded drum style parking brakes. Gotcha. That sucks. I tuned mine up a hair while doing iSimple install
There should be a peep hole with dust cover and use a brake tool and move it until you have drag. I ususally leave mine when adjusting at the drum to leave a touch of drag. It will wear down while driving until there is no drag and when you pull the e-brake it will be spot on. Drums last a very long time and only using as a parking brake I cant see wasting .0003 of material on the shoes to have a bad ass parking brake as a bad thing.
That sucks too you just got your car back and already having problems.
