I think the issue with them when they were offered again was that the first batch of black chrome or some color looked red in the sun, that was the only complaint i remember but that was the first batch and now its corrected plus a lot more color options
Anywho morning erryone , gonna change the oil, rotate tires then give the TL a well deserved bath and wax.

Whatever you do, please for the love of COT, if you are going moar low, fix any wheel gap with the appropriate sized wheels. Nothing looks worse than a car who is trying to be sitting sexy low but has lots and lots of gap. You do know what they say wheel gap is likr yes? The more fingers you can fit in... LOL

Nice! My husband actually has those same exact ones on order but not all the way around. I hear ya on the commute tho, not functional. The TSWs he has on there have completely screwed up the tires. When the car was lowered and springs cut he had on 18s nd now that there are 19s he has gone thru 2 sets from all the crappy rubbing, when i tell you the sidewalls were destroyed, i am not even remotely kidding. They were fine when he worked close but now 70 miles round trip daily has left them practically shredded

Didn't know where else to post this and didn't want to make a thread for this either but I came across this picture on Instagram... I'M IN LOVE. Diamond stitched leather for the freaking win.

Pictures of the diamond leather stitching never did much for me. I need to see this in person.

HEY GUYS GUESS WHAT? I have oil & coolant on my hands! I'm pretty proud LOL. Worked on the husb's TL tonight, installed the cold air intake. That's a first for me, usually I don't like to get dirty haha

LOL Sorry, no pics, they are not dirty anymore. I scrubbed and scrubbed with the little brush thingy and tar soap i definitely did it tho, however it took me forever. The instructions didn't state that the resonator box was attached in more than one spot, then once finished forgot to reattach the wires for the throttle. That was pretty traumatic for me. I thought I broke it LOL. All in all I found it quite enjoyable. I wish I could do it to my own, but I am too cheap to void my Warranty, so until it is up I shall live vicariously through his haha

Wait...did you reattach the resonator for the intake?!

Noooo. But just getting it off was a pain in the booty not to mention the fact that the car is too low for the jack so it was all jimmyed up McGuyver style with planks of wood laying all over the place so as I was in the wheel well I swore it was going to drop on me. I'm a scaredycat lol
