If you saw it before it was taken down by Steven let me know your thoughts. I'm really interested in finding out how I could possibly be in the wrong; except trusting him.
I've been instructed by SB not to post it publicly again.

I got the transcript. I would definitely say Shark was in the wrong. Your BM thread says No Returns, and you gave him $10 off. Sorry it happened. PS: I think it should NOT have been taken down. We need to know about people like this, can we say Slim Shark Shaddy.

Guys,
I just wanted you all to know that AcuraZine policy is to not air out personal issues on this public forum. Even though I am an Administrator now, Ron A takes care of these kinds of Black Market issues.
I have spoken to both Quan and S-breath about the situation.
Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a way we can know about these incidents in a respectful way? Quan did have full disclosure on his thread and Shark did agree to pay, before I sell or buy anything I would like to know something like this. With all respect I do not mean this in a deragatory way.

Tallywacky is good. Trans is holding up very well. I just ordered moar low for both of my TL's today. Hope to get at least one of them lower in the next couple of weeks.
I was able to see the thread before it was modified. I can see it from both sides. Truly unfortunate that it had to happen.

Honestly I'm curious as to how you could see it from both sides. I'm honestly not being sarcastic; but I truly fail how I seem to be in the wrong. It was sold as non refundable with a clear disclaimer and I think I went above and beyond to try to help him out. I would say more but you saw the thread before it was taken down and I don't want to go against Steven and Azine's policy. Steven was polite and PM'd me already.

I was just able to see how he drew his conclusions and how you came to yours from the texts. Being on one side of the issue, I can understand how it would be hard to see the other persons point of view. I for one know Aaron well enough that I would not hesitate to do business with him. Hell...I have two domed decalz at home and more vinyl graphics coming soon. I don't know you, but judging by what I have seen of you on the forum, you seem to be a hell of a guy. I hate to see a misunderstanding....and that's what it was a misunderstanding. You understood one thing, and he another. When two intelligent people cannot find a middle ground, its just sad IMHO.
I hope you guys can work through it cause our community needs you both.

I understand what you're saying and I can see your point of view. And honestly I have a domed decal waiting to go on my car as well and never really had an issues with him. I even met him in person at a couple meets.
I just don't like situations where I feel taken advantage of. I do my best to give people fair deals and work with people whenever possible. I sold a set of bent rims to a member (I didn't know they were bent) and after he received them and found out I offered to give him a refund or whatever else he wanted. In the end I split the cost of repairing them. 200 was nothing to me and 40 is nothing to me either. But after he invited me to post a thread I was all but happy to do so.
Cheers.

Nope...I've been good. Ever since the wreck, mah nech has been effed up and after being on the road all day and texting/emailing on the work phone all day, my neck just cant handle looking at the laptop on my lap. Hopefully my chiropractor will get me into shape soon and Ill be on here moar again.
Well damn...the last thing I wanted to do was insert myself into this bullshit drama...Should have kept my mouth shut..

All this drama, can't believe I missed it! lol. I see you're talking ab domed decals. Are they good? I remember some months back (last yr) someone had them for sale and the consensus was they were P.O.S.s. Are these from a new vendor?

Too bad the thread was taken down lol

Same vendor. Im pretty sure the decals werent POS. Im pretty sure climate and prep had alot to do with it. It is now recommended on all applications to apply a little emblem adhesive to ensure a better bond and to make it fool proof. I plan on it when I apply mine on my two TL's.

^yup...a tiny bit of clear 3m emblem adhesive is what most people use and it works great. it's just to ensure that the decal stays put, i wouldn't want one of the letters to come off when you're washing your car, driving, etc.
3m adhesive costs like $3 and can be used for a wide variety of things. a worthy investment, i use the stuff for all sorts of projects.
and they're definitely not pieces of shit. i had them professionaly made and a lot of work was put into these. the whole reason i had them made is because i know people were asking about them, and i wanted to make them available to the forum.

I just want to clear the air here, in case there was any misconceptions with what I asked ab the domed decals LOL. I never said that iiiiiii thought they were POSs. Simply saw it on an old thread. No clue if the thread is still open or not, just remembered seeing it bc I thought it was the coolest little "mod" and was sad when people were complaining. No need to tell me about the 3M adhesive, I got the message loud and clear with all the responses and emails LOL. I plan on getting at least one, just deciding on the color. Want it to match the interior lights, and haven't decided what color those are going to be yet either. I suck with decisions haha
