When I got caught doing 90 in a 45, then running from the cops, on foot, I had to do a book on 'defensive driving' that had a phone interview when I turned the book in...

Finally got this one but took a week to come for an estimate then took a week to have a surveyor come & mark the land, then he supposedly couldn't find the beams underground from the builder so had to go get the blueprints from the county which took another week & extra hundred bucks. Then took me a bit to cut down most of the trees myself, and had exterminator come to kill shyt that was living in the crap i was cutting down. Now, this.

This is like Homeowner Hell.

On a brighter night that garage thread linked in the before pages has inspired me to finally attempt to tackle the garage. I'm sure its not going to be half as awesome as his but at least it will somewhat resemble a garage opposed to the landfill it looks like now Lol

I thought about doing it that way, but figured it would be better to do it online.

Either way it sucks. Online, Im doing it at home sitting in a comfortable chair. Its hard to pay attention (and Im really not). Im just waiting for the timer to run out in every chapter and doing the quiz. Ive got about 2.5 hours left now.

Yep, i should have known better but it seemed like the lesser of the evils considering the other places were booked and id end up waiting months for an estimate

My first ever driving course was at a buffet place called Ryan's here in tx. Shit was awesome, everyone basically just ate the whole time. I've done probably 6 or so since then (major speeding problem) an they have all been online videos. I try to do them at work, let the video play while I do work then when the video stops take a gay common sense quiz and on to the next. I think I'll do the buffet next time though.

$95 with TV/HD/DVR

Its been getting faster and faster every day. Monday, when it was installed, I was pulling ~19/down ~10/up. Yesterday was in the 30s/down, 20s/up.

I watched a HBO Go last night on XBL and it had full bars and didnt stop to buffer once. Unlike Comcast, which would typically slow down enough to buffer, degrade quality, or just cut out all together.

Really? I have Comcast and I love it

I get around 30mbps DL and 5 UL. Pretty happy with it.

My mom tried to switch us to AT&T's slow ass internet and I badgered her every day until she canceled the contract. We went back to Comcast

I can't play Xbox Live or "rent" HD movies on dookie ass internet.

I was with them for 5 years only because they were the only ISP in the area. I feel liberated. Their speeds were shit and their prices werent much better.

And what speeds are you paying for?

Whenever it rained the network would slow down immensely. About once a week it would drop completely. I complained many times, and after about a year and a half of badgering customer service every month, they finally sent someone out to the house. They checked the box outside and fixed "something". I went from 7/1 to 11/3. Ping was much better though.

I do download and stream quite a lot, and Comcast liked to throttle my speeds towards the end of the month. I've seen 3/down .5/up. I got better speeds when I was on DSL years ago. It remains to be seen in Verizon will throttle me as well.

I find it more relaxing to say things aloud versus holding them under my breath. Being a woman would only b easier cuz then they just leave and say what a bitch. When I speak I don't take into account for other peoples feelings. My wife hates it.

We pay for 20 DL, idk about UL.

So really I get more than we pay for. No problems when it rains either.

Things started out great with Comcast for me but over the past year, it just went downhill. Internet doesn't work all the time among other things.

And AT&T's internet is pretty awful lol.

It's HORRIBLE.

They run it through the phone lines so you get static out the ass even with the provided filters, 5mbps DL and less than 1mbps UL.

I couldn't play online even if it was just my Xbox using the internet.

Well Yummy I am still at the beach and already drinking. Vacation on.

Gonna ride in the Limo to the wedding tonight and bar hop afterwards.

And I finally started to see some TL's around here. Mostly 4G (puke) but some 3G's. I saw a KBP Type S last night at the bar but completely stock minus tints.

Have not seen any modded TL's here yet though.

Finally saw a CBP the other day too, it wasn't too bad, wish I saw it in direct sunlight though, it was getting dark, didn't do it too much justice.
