Hell yeah must be nice.

I am 30 minutes away from being on vacation. Gotta buy a external hard drive, go rip all my buddies iTunes library, then go home and bleed my slave cylinder and clean my rims so I can swap them out.
Still got the waffles on car from alignment.

Trying to leave at 8 am for Florida.

I work 14 on 7 off but get paid my 7 off regardless so I get 16 vacations a year lol

But I had to burn a week so I get 54 hours instead of 40.

I will be home by next Sunday in time to go back to work next Monday morning at 6 am for another 14 days.

I was just looking at my last check stub and I have paid in just under 11,000 in taxes so far this year, flip side I have contributed almost 8500 into my 401k and thats before the company match.

So a little dirt on my dick is ok with me. I claim married and 2 and pick up married 7 at end of the year so I will get 80% of what I pay in back. Its like a 5 figure bonus in April.

O and no thanks on the gay party with or without WD haha. I wouldn't mind meeting up with some of the Florida guys but they are all around the corner more south.

I would really like to get to Houston one of these days or San Antone and meet up with some of the TX peeps also.

Yeah we are always hiring. There are help wanted signs on every business in town.

Not enough people to fill all the jobs here right now. Its crazy.

North Dakota, Alaska, off shore, Pennsylvania, Wyoming all those places are also booming right now.

My husband claims single 0 allowances and tax time married 5 lol. The first few yrs i was all for it, but now we can use the money and he refuses telling me to think of it like a savings account. Needless to say we have never gotten back less than $14k and every single damn year we use it to buy another car, go figure. Lol

Yeah, those are nice checks. We make it through the day to day grind the way we are so I leave it. If you can do it also then its nice.

I allot mine and pay my car insurance in full twice a year and this house is paid off that I rent from my parents for time being I pay the taxes and insurance in full also twice a year.

I got my car and its low payments and the van and my pickup is paid off.

I guess I got old somewhere I put most of mine into a savings account that the wife doesn't know about. Needless to say we now have enough to put 20% + down on a house when we are ready to buy.

I guess keeping the money out of your hands for most of the year is a good way to ensure you dont spend it, but you're letting the gov't borrow your money without charging them interest.

If you claim just enough to break even come tax time, you can put a percentage of your paycheck into a savings account, CD, IRA, etc and let it make money for you.

Went to Lowe's today and found some 18" tile I liked on clearance for .38 cents a square foot.

They didn't have enough to do my garage though.

just kidding.

I'm not ready to do my garage yet. Just wanted to see if there was tile I liked out there at a reasonable price. Hopefully when the time comes, I can find something again. I've got other projects that need finishing first,(backyard is the main one) plus shit keeps breaking around here and costing me money to fix.
