3 kills...

Friday night --

JDM B16-swapped Civic hatch and a host of other mods; 3 runs, won by 2-3 car lengths each time.

Saturday night --

ZX2 with minor mods; 2 runs, won by several car lengths.

Regal GS with bolt-on's; 2 runs, first run resulted in a win by 2-3 car lengths, but on the second run, I let him honk and gave him a split second head start. A small mistake, since that gave him the advantage he needed to pull ahead, but I finally caught up and passed him by about 85-90 mph. I love that engine and the power, but I HATE the exhaust note. It sounds worse than a Civic with a fart cannon.

There was a turbocharged V6 Camaro... everyone said he's fast, but he wouldn't race me for some reason. He would say yes every time, but then turn around and disappear, or talk about racing somebody else. Whatever. I'll see him at the drag strip soon.

Turbo V6 Camaro could be a monster depending on how he sets it up.
What's your whp, have you ever dyno'd your TL? I'd like to know what you got.

It's not even tuned right. It's one of those "throw on a turbo kit and let's see what happens" type of thing, at least for the moment. He says he'll get it properly tuned in a few months. Actually, he didn't even know what kind of a turbocharger he had in there until recently.

My car dynoed at 239.8 fwhp, and since then the V-AFCII has been tuned, along with the Spoon cooling mods (cap, fan switch, t-stat).

I know what they can do. My buddy Mike had a 12-second GTP; identical engine.

My best run at the strip is 14.5@99. This Regal obviously isn't anywhere close to what Mike's GTP was.

Have you gone to the track since you had your vafc-II tuned? I bet you break 100 easily, I bet 14.2-3 at 101-102.

Nope, and I hope I break 100, too.
