2007 TLS brake pad thickness

Cpo
I bought a 2007 TLS CPO and after reading up on what a CPO was, I found out that I was supposed to get the 150 point checklist to sign off on. After numerous requests, I got the report faxed to me.
The pads are noted to have 4mm left on them (they are supposed to replace them if more than 50% worn)
The car had definite gouges and scrapes on the wheels and at the sale they agreed to have them refinished so i wasn't worried about it.
After the wheels were done the car seemed to ride rough. I checked the tire pressure on the dash display and they were all over 45 PSI!!! I checked it with a digital gauge and the reading was accurate. I let the air out of each tire to the specified PSI. While checking the tire pressure I noticed one of the tires were worn unevenly and the sidewall was messed up big time. I brought it back to the dealer and they said they would replace the tire and they also said that when they did my wheels they did not put nitrogen back in the tires so they would take car of that also.
The car also did not have mats when I made the purchase (they put some in before I left) and there was a crack in the front lip that i discovered a day later.
According to the 150 point inspection, none of these items were noted on it and they were all checked as "Meeting Acuras Standards"
Seeing that none of these items were noted, I highly doubt the inspection ever took place. I'm going to request that the car gets re-inspected and any replacement items be done.
What do you all think??
I like the car I just don't think it was gone over like it should have been.
Sorry about the long post........

cpo is a visual inspection at best- mostly checking for recalls completed and obvious stuff, not usually done item by item as the list suggest--
if they even did an inspection on your car.. or just signed the paper
Its up to the buyer to carefully examine the car before you leave the dealer, but if they are willing to work with you now- grab it!
Good thing CPO adds warranty to the car!
Ask for a real tech, not the shop kid, to look the car over with you- what are their mins. for brakes and rotor condition?- as required by acura and state laws on used vehicle sales by dealers
tires - mention tire pressure- all that should have been checked
Better see if the wheels are on with 80 foot pounds or grossly over-tight too
You dont need nitrogen- not going to help enough to bother- if it ever gets low you have to go to them even a few psi top up!!

Personally I think CPO is marketing BS.
Why would they actually spend the time and money to inspect and replace various parts if they don't have too?
I'm sure some dealers do better than others, but on average, I wouldn't trust that the did what the checklist says they did.

they dont replace any parts- unless critical- then sales dept has to approve repairs!
they make note of it~ on smaller items
but sales dept doesnt put a dime beyond the required cpo inspection cost in a car --unless its a condition of sale agreement
It does allow acura to offer the 100k warranty with it- so thats the best part IMO
Doesnt make a particular car ANY better than the next,,just has warranty
Floor mats stay in parts dept so not stolen- so do nav disc..make sure to get those!

I wonder what level Tech is allowed to do the inspection report
They have ratings from oil changer, brakes, suspension--each job has a skill rating level and no tech below that is supposed to do that job
I would guess the oil changer learns about cars doing CPO!
