2007 TL-S was rear-ended
Driving to work yesterday and i was rear-ended by a Nissan Murano on Hempstead Tpke in Levittown Destroyed my bumper, pushing in the truck, and cracked one tail light.

yea...i work for an insurance co so i knew exactly what i needed....getting my lovely rental tomorrow and they will pay everything. What can you do. Just want it back...my wife's accord is not cutting it for me today.

Oh crap, I don't know if I want to see these pics. It's going to hurt because I too have the Kinetic Blue Type S. I guess it may also give me more incentive to slow down a little bit if Isee the pics.

I know it sucks. I tried opening the trunk but it was wedged pretty good. I had no luck so far....2 weeks after i had it some putz put a ding in my door. About 2 months ago at a parking garage, guy must of hit my rear bumper against another car and i had to touch up about a four inch scratch. Really glad i leased it but i still love to keep my stuff in mint condition.

What are you doing on Hempstead Turnpike in a TL-S? Damn, hearing those road names, I sometimes miss being back on LI. Murano's Insurance paying for all damage.. right?

I work in Levittown....yeah his company is paying everything. I have a 2007 fully loaded buick lucerne....

probably looking at about $3-4k .. my estimate was like $5700... body shop did it for 4k, gave me the lip kit no charge, and put $1300 in my pocket.. not a bad deal.. could have done a slightly better job though..
btw.. my taillights didnt crack... just needed a new bumper, trunk lid, rear body pan and had my fenders repaired.. took almost 3 MONTHS!!!

well adjuster is going today. Had to bring the 2007 buick back...clunking suspension. I was given a 2007 caddy cts from enterprice. I hate the cheap feel of american cars. At least i have free xm radio in the car. Should get my car back in two weeks or less.

I am in the same area, I cringe every time I stop for a light, I expect the guy behind me to keep going. There are no uncongested roads on LI. The traffic is really starting to get to me.
