Shocks are the first thing I would look at.

Bouncing on corners or on acceleration?
It's axles if it's bouncing during hard acceleration

"bounce" issue

Both struts were replaced less than 3K miles ago. The "bounce" seems most noticable at slow speed, cold engine, minimal throttle.

Cold, flat-spotted tires? Wheels bent?

Wow with such a vivid description of the problem, I'm surprised it isn't solved yet.

"My car bounces. Lmk."

Throwing parts randomly really won't help but lighten your wallet. You'll need a mechanic to check over the front suspension and check the lower control arm bushings, shocks, springs, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc.

More than likely there are some damaged/worn components causing this issue.
