I remember the bodyshop that I deal with doing this conversion once. They didn't fit directly onto the car. Some modifications were needed to get it done properly, and I had to wire up the signals separately.

^they're a direct fit.
the drivers side already has the wires for the signals...

the passenger side, you'll have to tap into an existing wire set to get the blinkers to function correctly
