Disconnect the battery, let it sit for a few minutes, reconnect. Start the car, turn everything off (lights, A/C, radio, everything) and let it idle for 15 minutes.
There are various threads on here where the details vary a bit, but this is how I've always done it after any battery disconnect and it smooths out the idle considerably.

Idle re-learns are only needed if you have disconnected the battery or have cleaned the throttle body. I suspect your engine/transmission mounts are going bad. It's a very common problem. If you're bumper is shaking they're likely completely worn.
To test them have someone tap the gas pedal while holding the brake in Drive and also in reverse. If the engine looks like it wants to come out they're toast.
ModsForever did a video on this.
I myself only feel the vibration through the steering wheel when stopped at idle. I haven't yet bothered changing them as it's strongly recommended to change all of them at once, as only doing a single mount wears the new one out faster.

Motor mounts usually the culprit. However, my 03 TLS had the vibration in steering wheel 24/7 and very rough idle when coming to a stop exiting the highway. There was a TSB (recall ?) for 04 TL having driveability issues due to the alternator. TSB included a sentence about 02 and 03 TLS having same alternator and driveability issues. My TLS vibration started when my battery went bad and I replaced it. Drove better for a couple of days and started vibrating again. Put on the trickle charger and vibration went away for a couple of days. I could not locate a new or rebuilt Denso alternator during the shutdown. The 03 TLS alternator is larger than base TL , so I couldnt buy a generic at the parts store to evaluate. Long story short, the vibration could be a charging issue with the computer controlled alternator. Search for a TSB 04 TL alternator issue. The car drives much better after the new battery has been trickle charged. Vibration worsens over a couple of days. Smooths out after battery charged again.
