Just went and saw an 04 TL and really it looks like an old man's car now. MY 03 TL-S is nicer looking. I wanna wait for the A-spec but then my salesman at the dealership says he has no clue when its coming out and if its coming out.

anyideas and pics out there on the A-Spec?

Why the interest in the A Spec if you think the car looks like an old mans car? There are pics of the car with A Spec on this site and the only visible difference is the body kit which is tacky IMO. The 1" lower suspension is quite subtle IMO.

Last I heard, A-Spec models should be here by November.

I think the new TL looks way better than the second gen, even the second gen has body kits on.

Without a doubt it's sportier and has a lot more to offer. Don't hate on the 04 until you have owned it!

Ok, the 1st Generation TL's look like Legends/Vigors, classic long hood, short front overhang... basically a classic Japanese gangster car (especially if its black like mine ) Its classy without being flashy.

The 2nd generation is elegant, a little subdued but more "sporty" looking than the 1st but its still quite tame.

The 3rd is far more "in your face" compared to the others, the wide stance, huge wheels/tires (compared to previous TL's), is far more aggressive than the others. If anything, I would say each TL is successively attempting to appeal to a younger audience.

sorry boyz but I totally disagree. The '04 is not as nice looking as the '03. It doesn't even come close for that matter. It's all opinion based. I'm not gonna criticize your opinions, so don't criticize mine, just wanted to let you know what i thought.

In your opinion is not as nice as the 03, which is fine. But you can't say that the 04 TL looks like an old's man car more than the 03 TL in a general aspec. Now with kits and mods both don't look like an old's man car.
